How do I sign up?
Create a user account by clicking on “Become a member”. Scroll down and click on “Not yet registered?” at the bottom of the page. Enter your username and email address. A link will be sent to your email address for you to set your password. Please refresh your inbox and check your spam folder for your link. It will be sent to you within a few minutes of signing up. Login using your username and password.
Once you log in, you’ll be taken to the sign up page or you can click on “Add a listing”. Select your Category. Choose a fee plan. Fill in the listing form with your listing details. Take note to follow the instructions for each field. Upload images which you feel best represents your brand. Failure to follow the guidelines will result in delays in your listing due to revisions. The next page will take you to Checkout. Please fill in the necessary information and click Pay Now.
Important: If you’d like to pay via bank deposit or EFT, please let us know in advance by email: support@everythinglocalsa.co.za
You will be directed to a secure PayFast Checkout gateway. Please fill in your information and confirm your payment. The team will review and approve your listing within 48 hours.
How can I edit my listing?
Once your listing has been published, you can update it as needed! Login with the user account you used to create the listing. Click on “My Account” on useful links on the site footer. Go to your listing and click the “Edit” button on the page. Note that we will need to approve it for publishing again. Why am I having trouble uploading my photos or files?
Your photo or file size may be too large! Please try using a smaller size.
Where will inquiries from the contact form go?
This will go to the email provided in the listing. Please make sure to test the contact form and see if it’s going to your email’s spam or junk folder.
How can I renew my paid listing?
Your listing will automatically renew at the end of the listing period. If you’d like to upgrade, downgrade or cancel your listing, please email us a month in advance from your renewal date.
